WCDS teachers must hold degrees in their given fields and enjoy the challenge of teaching in a small school that allows faculty to move students beyond testing prowess and help students delve more deeply into larger questions relating to the subjects at hand. Teachers at WCDS wear many hats, coaching teams, sponsoring after-school activities and clubs, and giving their all to the school.
